We will always try to get your carpets as clean as is physically possible due to condition, wear and age and can achieve fantastic results even on heavily soiled carpets.

On multiple room cleans we use a blower dryer to speed up drying.

​

All attempted stain removal is included in your price given even if some stains will prove impossible to completely remove.

​

We use a top of the range triple vacuum machine giving greater water recovery and faster drying times and can easily do 3 storey homes with a hose reach of 50 feet.

Q. Do we need to move furniture?

A. We will move any furniture that you would like moved 

Q. Will our carpets be wet to walk on ?

A. Drying times are dependant on the level of soiling and the fabric and depth of the carpet. Typically though most are ok to walk on and dry within four hours.

Q. Will our carpets get dirty faster once they have been cleaned?

A, No as we always rinse the chemicals out with a Neutraliser to stabilise and leave them PH neutral.

Q. Do you work weekends?

A. We work various hours to accommodate peoples busy lives, this can include weekends.

Q. Do you offer other cleaning services?

A. Yes we are able to carry out a full range of cleaning tasks
